The growing green building trend isn’t just a national movement, green buildings are cropping up all over the world and the Atlantic region of Canada is celebrating its first LEED Silver certified residence. The home features everything you’d expect out of a new construction project including ample sunlight, a roomy kitchen, attention to detail and more. Named the Celebration Home, the residence is located in Salmon Cove, Newfoundland, about an hour outside of St. John’s.
