Last week Facebook's first lockup period expired, which allowed several insiders to sell their shares of Facebook stock and sell they did. Facebook stock prices dropped more than 12 percent in the five-day period ending August 17, 2012. However, the selloff may not be over. According to assistant managing editor Paul R. La Monica, the company is "ridiculously over-valued" and there are still a lot of questions about Facebook's revenue generation model.
