Maybe a neighbor finds the garden unsightly or too attractive to undesirable critters like rodents &mdash; or just offensive in some other way. Meanwhile supporters favor the gardens because they provide fresh (maybe even organic) food and perhaps the opportunity to engage with nature. If a neighbor&#39;s garden doesn&#39;t break any HOA or neighborhood rules, how do you feel about seeing it?</div>
