Climate storm is brewing in the Senate

Conservative Democrats wield more power than ever as just one or two votes could mean the end for ACES. We saw the concessions made in the House due to the political wrangling by Grain Belt Democrats. It will be interesting to see what happens to the bill in the Senate, where corporate interests run deep.
The Green New Report dives into the storm brewing in D.C. and also exposes one major (incredibly underreported) flaw in the nuclear power industry -- the need for huge amounts of chilled water to cool the plant in the hottest months of summer.
