Geminid Meteor Shower peaks Dec 14 after midnight ~ before dawn. If it's clear skies, we plan to drive an hour+ to get get away from at least some of Chicago's light pollution, take a nap, then enjoy the meteors from about 2-4 AM. Then have an early breakfast and get to work. Great way to start the day : ) Good luck... hope you spot a fireball !

Chicago's GREEN face should turn RED in embarrassment. Chicago City Council votes next week on 12/12/12 to PUT UP massive electronic billboards. Shame on Chicago. Kudo's to Rio.
