Glad to see someone has come to recognize what got me through my early years. I used to always say that my camping trips where my REHABILITION. I agree that it takes 3 - 4 days of adjusting to the physical aspect of hiking and back packing along with connecting with nature before you really get the full benefits of camping. The quick one nighters are nice, but you really need to get out and perhaps by yourself every so often for several days and you will feel the difference. As I've gotten older, I keep myself active by doing my research for my next trip. There is a whole world out there to explore.
