Crazy! What difference does
Wed, May 08 2013 at 12:05 PM
Crazy! What difference does it make if they live in the same home or not? I'm sure that being mentally challenged, they both have a lot of struggles in their day to day lives...give them a bit of happiness where you can!
While I do applaud the idea

While I do applaud the idea behind this, I'm thinking that owning only a suitcase full of items might be reducing things a bit TOO much. Surely there is a more healthy medium between this sort of thing and owning a 2,000 square foot home full of junk you don't need or even really want?
While I can sympathize with

While I can sympathize with people who have babies, I am, on the other hand, totally sick and tired of them expecting the whole world to change and accomodate their needs. We've added family restrooms to many public places, pumping areas to the workplace, and many other things. Now we need to add changing tables to an already cramped airline? Perhaps Ms. Simmons would also like a crib on board - I'm sure she was uncomfortable having to hold her infant in her arms the whole time.
