One of the greatest benefits of having a grandmother who grew up during the depression is learning about all of the natural ways of doing things rather than "better living through chemistry". Recently, I have been on a kick cleaning windows for family and friends since I am one of the millions who are unemployed. I use a simple mixture of white distilled vinegar and hot water. About a quart of vinegar to a gallon of water roughly. Works wonders. It is cheap AND natural.
