The best cure for allergies
Sat, Jan 19 2013 at 5:04 PM
The best cure for allergies is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). As someone who had asthma and took bottles and bottles of Allegra I can tell you I have been cured by using Apple Cider Vinegar. My formula is two teaspoons ACV in a warm glass of water. You must take it within 15 minutes of getting the itchy nose and the puffy eyes or it's too late. Take every 8 hours for one day and then stop. You should be cured. Don't overdo it like I did, when I drank it plain and got hives. And the second reason why you should not overdo it is because you don't want your body to get used to it. Just take it only when you need it. This is a God send. I have not even been sick for three years. Remember warm the water first (30 seconds in the microwave) first and then add the ACV. If you put the ACV in the water and then warm it, it will kill what is good in the ACV. Braggs Organic ACV is the best.
You can't call this Mexican

You can't call this Mexican Hot Chocolate without using Ceylon Cinnamon. The picture shows Cassia Cinnamon which is an absolute no. The Mexicans would be horrified. Ceylon Cinnamon is sweeter and works much better. Mexico inherited the art of using Ceylon Cinnamon from Spain.
I am surprised that Kashi is

I am surprised that Kashi is against Prop 37. My feeling is that you can have GMO foods (most of our food is GMO anyway) but we should have a choice in knowing about it so we can make informed decisions.
