Why is it so hard to find anything in the supermarket outside of the produce department with less than 10 ingredients, and maybe 5 of which you can actually pronounce? A mixture of our free capitalist system and the principle of adding value to products is largely responsible for this phenomenon.

Interesting proposition, as unprocessed potatoes can be great for young people, but the processed, delicious, junk that most are served don't have quite the same benefits.
