Nice reporting! I have one more to add to your list. I'm an anthropologist and meditator in Toronto, Canada, and just did work on the development of this tech, which we are currently crowdfunding for on IndieGoGo: www.indiegogo.com/interaxonmuse -- It's a headband that works with your iphone, tablet or android and shows you your brainwaves via EEG as you do brain focusing exercises to reduce stress, improve concentration - basically, introducing and making visible the benefits of meditation, for everyone.
