We planted garlic for the first time, too. I'm also looking forward to cooking with the scapes. They have a delicious mild garlic flavor.
Ok, reading the description before the recipe, I realized the cocoa goes in the filling. However, it isn't mentioned in the recipe directions.
Where is the 1/2 cup of cocoa powder used?
