I still have the bottle and the return label just sitting on my table, trying to decide. I hate to not get another one because then I would feel like I wasted that money + more money to buy another water bottle, so I will probably return it for...

I emailed them asking about instructions to return, and got the same letter (of course) and I, too, was shocked at their attitude of, "Well, our bottles are just fine, but if you crazy concerned person want to return it, here's how you do it....
