"Will it be in violation of federal law," St. Pierre asks. "Well maybe it is, but who cares?" I have to say this statement is the silver lining in the Cloud that has been Marijuana prohibition. In California it has been Medically Legal for 16 years and the number of skirmishes in the local war on weed still goes on. We have banned outdoor growing in many jurisdictions which is really stupid considering how much energy is used to grow indoors. So, in the hearts and minds of many the war on marijuana is still on in California. These dying efforts will probably define the advance of Re-Legalization of Cannabis across the USA for then next two decades. The main point is this change is coming from within because we know Marijuana is not dangerous.
