The smoking ban and the size of a cup ban are vastly different. No one is harmed from a guy drinking a 20 oz. coke. When the government tries regulating the size of a cup, it has gone a little far.

I think it must be said a little louder that the ban is not on soda. They are not introducing a healthier alternative. The ban would just allow the government to tell you what size cup you can drink out of. Such nonsense.
