DHA is not Omega 3. It's a derivative. Essential oils Omega 3 and omega 6 cannot be made by the body. It must be found in the foods we eat. Your body makes DHA from omega 3, "AS NEEDED". The amounts needed are far smaller than the RDA. You're putting way too much derivatives into your body when you consume fish oil. There is no omega 3 in the skin. Consuming too much DHA and EPA forces it into places where it does not belong like the skin. This can lead to skin cancer.
