What will be wild is if hundreds of thousands of us....each supporting business in our own towns...are able to push through changes that laws and regulations and trade agreements can never solve....

Before I really read up on herbs, I used to keep spices 2, 3, 5 years...and then I'd be surprised when they added no flavor to dishes....heck, I may even have 10 year old spices still in the rack!

The only part that doesn't work for me is 'hang undisturbed for two or three weeks".....I have too wild of a household for that. :)
