Here in the Philippines, we have DINUGUAN. DUGO means blood. Very similar to this dish.. Its just pig's blood with meat and boiled till thick and dark brown in color.

Nice and creamy texture; thats how I describe Balut. But it takes a ton of courage to eat this.. =)
