recently my partner bought me a bonsai tree... not just a bonsai tree but a SERISSA... one of the most beautiful bonsai trees you can ever have... however, like the old saying says "beauty has its prize" well it HELLA CERTAINLY DOES... yes, from lighting to perfect temperature... fertilizer... AND THE LIST GOES ON... and this blog ends but a beginning of an interesting (however very challenging) experience begins... because the beauty of the tree will only be in sight if you TAKE GOOD CARE of SERISSA... wish me luck

Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. My home since 2008. I am happy to live near a park, pier and a community botanical garden. Through out the four seasons I enjoy taking long walks around Shore Road. But I enjoy it the most during early spring until the end of summer. Even though it is man-made I still enjoy and apppreciate it. It is a living being.
Three years ago in Owl's Head Park, we had small bats. This year they are no where to be found.
what about the fireflies? and lady bugs? i am so sad
this is intense... imagine all the possibilities!
