Soy-based protein sources
Fri, May 03 2013 at 9:46 PM
Soy-based protein sources (including fake meat) are perfectly healthy, even when consumed daily. The "dangers of soy" myth is vastly overstated and often based on bad science; read http://www.goodhealthinfo.net/dangers_of_soy_myth.htm. My two children have eaten soy weekly since birth and are now approaching their 20s with no health concerns at all.
Meat from either fish or

Meat from either fish or "wild game" is not healthy, humane or sustainable. Overfishing worldwide is having disastrous environmental effects (as is fish farming, where they do use drugs and chemicals), and "wild game" are animals who are usually shot to death, and whose presence in the ecosystem is far more beneficial than their presence on someone's dinner plate. Really, you didn't seem to give this list much thought or investigation.
There's not a humane society
Fri, Feb 17 2012 at 9:51 AM

There's not a humane society in the country that endorses circuses, so there's a clue right there. And if you want scientific evidence of what circus confinement and "training" does to elephants, read this: http://www.animalsandsociety.org/pages/elephants-in-circuses-policy-paper or learn about the former circus elephants now at the sanctuary in Tennessee, www.elephants.org
