as the government took everything from the indians WE ARE NEXT at the rate they are going now they will have all the money and try to take all our weapons... i have plenty of bullets they can have....

his ponds will be empty. so yes they will be remembered when they are needed but, will not benefit firefighters. as long as the man is not blocking natural steams that supply others in the state he should be able to build what he wants with a permit. plus when the run off is to great for the dam it will run over and flow down hill
