Sami, I looked for legitimate instances of compost catching fire without success. I find lots of stories about mulch spontaneously combusting, but none about compost. Can you (or Mr. Franciosi) provide links to instances of self-combusting compost? ps-The white "ash" people see in hot compost isn't ash or a sign of combustion, it is a fungus that grows in high-heat situations.
