I am Judy Rosella Edwards, a genealogist who is fascinated with the family history of those who donate private land to be used as public places, such as parks. Parks are often named, or even renamed, in honor of someone who did a good thing but did not donate the land. I am interested in those individuals who gave to the community land they owned or purchased.
