I work within the Multifamily Industry which is governed by Fair Housing Laws that prevent us (for good reason) from treating people differently. This has the potential to put onsite teams in a really bad position if they were to be approached by a potential resident/resident in this manner. If they don't cave....they get an unfair bad review. If they do cave, they've broken the law and if anyone has overseen/overheard (which is highly likely) they and their company could be faced with a costly lawsuit. There is nothing wrong with just reviews, but this practice is unethical, unfair, and in certain industries could create serious issues.
