This kind of thing could be avoided altogether if there were an ENFORCED worldwide ban on dogfighting (or any kind of animal fighting, for that matter). This is a despicable activity that needs to be globally outlawed, and the perpetrators punished severely (spectators, filmcrew, and sponsors should also be held accountable).
