Dynamic Dish is definitely a must; I've heard great things. I still have to get over to try it! And I actually have been to Radial, which I loved, but didn't try the veggie biscuits and gravy! Can't believe I missed that. I guess it's a good reason to go back :-)

Molly lives in Athens, Ga., and she is continuing to learn more about local and sustainable food initiatives in the area.
