Galena - I can assure you that this is valid, Starbucks even confirmed the use of the bug-based colorant. I agree with you, though, the natural color should come from the strawberries. Unfortunately I think that consumers (in general) expect...

I'm one of those weird people that doesn't like coffee and so my Starbucks trips are few and far between. I like their tea though and the kids like the blueberry oat bars. Once our local store gets the new juices in stock I'm definitely heading...
