Awesome post! I've ran a cats only boarding kennel for over 7 years now. I'm so happy to see more articles about it and what I do. I'm currently in the process of turning my Meow Manor Cattery into a green facility. It already is but this year I've made major changes. (Would love to do article about going green at the kennel!)

I can't help but think this sounds great but it's just not true. I was a dirty little girl always outdoors playing in the mud and woods. I spend a lot of time outside as an adult and I'm still messing with the yard and garden but I have had severe allergies and asthma even as a kid. (Though the doctors claimed I'd outgrow them but they instead got worse.)
I don't think it's due to being too clean nor did it come from my mom not being able to breastfeed but ithe reason for my allergies is very simple. Genetics. I get my allergies from my dad and his side of the family. No matter how hard I try to relieve my allergies, I believe they will always be there due to genetics.

I'm an uber kooky cupcake with a very open mind. I'm usually hyper & can't hold a grudge for the life of me. I'm rarely in a bad mood. I idolize Bridgitte Bardot, Sharon Tate & Patti Boyd. The San Francisco bay area is my favorite place in the world. I'm an avid reader but rarely watch TV. I do not like disorder, conflict or cold weather. I don't hate much but I HATE snow. I have an irrational fear of tornadoes, a morbid fascination with Golden Gate Bridge jumpers, and an obsession with hoarders. One of my hobbies is looking for orbs in photographs. I love anything with owls, monkeys, and mushrooms. I love to organize things. Everything. I guess I'm just a modern day peace loving, non-dope smoking Bohemian hippie at heart. ♥
