If they were smart, they would consider this an emergency source of water during times of drought. Water collection should be applauded as long as it isn't blocking other peoples natural access for water on their lands. Speaking of "Big Brother" Can anyone explain to me why our tax dollars go to prosecuting athletes for steroid use? Shouldn't that be the business of their own ethics directors?
