Hell I haven't seen leftover steak since the 60's when I lived in Nebraska. Back then if you had 4 people eating you cooked 6 t-bones, don't cut too close to the bone, have to leave some for the dogs. When the meat in the freezer was down to Hamburger it was time to order up another half a cow. Times were different then. Mom used to grind steak up in a meat grinder and mix it with Miracle Whip and sweet relish for sandwich spread. Yummy
