Ryan Saunders is a recent graduate from Appalachian State University in Boone, N.C. The culture and beauty of the mountains led to his passion for the environment and sustainable technology. He is now living in Greensboro, N.C., beginning the next chapter in his life. He works for Beco Inc., an electrical contracting company where he hopes to help expand the business into green energy provision, such as solar power. As a recent transplant to Greensboro, he's excited to explore and learn about how the city is becoming sustainable and using clean energy. He looks forward to sharing his experiences and adventures.
