Thanks for the reply. Just a few points... "Not all consumers are as educated on this topic, and for some it is primordial and comforting to have the NON GMO Verified seal on the products they intend to purchase." Translation: Our customers are not smart and this label makes them feel good about buying our product. "The process to obtain the NON-GMO Verification takes months and includes an enormous amount of steps. " >Step 1: Does salt have genes? No? >Step 2: It's non-GMO!
