Siel is an urban environmentalist who's written at Worldchanging, Treehugger, and greenLAgirl.com. An environmental writer and activist, Siel is also a contributing editor at BlogHer and a regular blogger for Lime.com. She also writes poetry and recently received her Ph.D. in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Southern California.
