Huh....I did not know that spraying was the best way to deal with locust. My understanding is that plowing is the best way to deal with them as it kills them before they emerge from the ground. Locust storms are for the most part a thing of the past in the Rockies due to agriculture. Sure let's poison instead of plowing. Spraying poison always works with no environmental impact right!!!!
