The more muscle you have, the more efficient your body burns calories. So while yes, Cardio does burn more calories, lifting weights, helps to keep the weight off. You need a balance of the two.

We had the biggest ant invasion last year. It was nothing like I had ever encountered. We fought for over a week, the natural way. I finally gave in and got some traps, like these. The ants were gone in a few days and never returned. They work, and are safe =)

I'm a mom of 7 kids. I have walked all my life. I have a treadmill, but prefer the outdoors. No medications, no health problems .. no weight problems. Walking works.
