yes, satellites have improved weather predictions but stations like HAARP peppered about our country are there to control the weather. Example: when was the last time anyone saw a hurricane turn and make a sharp left BACK on to land, the way Sandy did? its unnatural of course and of course HAARP techonology was behind that abnormal occurance....think people..turn off your TV's and pay attention to your world. Connect dots!
