Climate change made simple, the Earths axis tilt has been recorded to be changing slightly + or - as far back as 300 BC, The fact is the Northern hemispher is trillions of tons heavier that the Southern hemispher when it comes to solid mass above the ellipsoid, now that being said, the only mass or weight that can be used to balance or effect the Earths axis tilt is liquid H2O or frozen H2O.
