Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs International, Inc. is a coalition of not for profit organizations that train and place Assistance Dogs. They charge 10's of thousands of dollars for their intermediately obedience trained dogs. They do NOT operate under the American Disabilities Act. The ADI does not support the training of dogs for PTSD or other mental illnesses, as the ADA does. The veterans who have served this country have EARNED the RIGHT to be given the same American rights as all other Americans, rather than to be manipulated, overcharged, and under provided for by the ADI. In addition, the military is now renaming PTSD so that veterans no longer have the support they need in order to live a full life.
