If it takes reasoning with one another to make us human and separate us from the balance of the sentient world (according to science), what are politicians if they cannot reason with one another?

Whilst there was a pod near San Diego, the actual Pod shown in the video was from Dana point in January. The San Diego pod appeared to be much smaller. Mixing the video from the two occurrences and mashing it up a bit makes it appear to be a bigger story than it was. The key question is not wether they can communicate that is obvious, the real question is "Can they reason with each other?"
