Happy Monday and welcome to the latest installment of my “All decked out” series of posts. The topic? A part of the home where the great outdoors and the green indoors meet: your patio, porch, lanai, deck, terrace, or whatever you might call it. So far, I’ve recommended outfitting your outdoor space with eco-friendly plantersnon-gruesome bug trapsalfresco eatin’ and drinkin’ waresdecor itemslow-impact lamps and lanternseye-catching watering cansoutdoor chairs for dining and relaxin', and eco-swings and hammocks ideal for optimum lounging.

Since the previous two "All Decked out" posts centered around chairs, swings, and hammocks I've decided to amp up the relax factor a notch this week with outdoor sofas made from sustainable materials like recyclable wicker, FSC-certified wood, and recycled plastic. And stay tuned for next week when I change gears from furnishings to look at Mother Nature-friendly deck/patio cleaners.
