Green Design, Gift Ideas
After practicing a bit of consumerist restraint last week during the Black Friday alternative known as Buy Nothing Day 2010, you're probably antsy for a "Buy Something Day" of some sorts. Well, what do you know, the Nature Conservancy has branded today — on traditionally what's known as Cyber Monday — as Green Gift Monday, a day dedicated to online gift shopping of the "responsible, meaningful" sort.

To get into the spirit of green gifting like I did last year, below you'll find a handful of eco-prezzies for the home and garden available for purchase from a few of my favorite online retailers. You'll find something for everyone — from DIYers to gardeners to sustainable design nuts — on your list with price tags ranging from under $5 to more than $150.
