If you live closer to Minnesota than you do to China (and we’re just guessing that many of you do), these fallen tree cutting boards—made from fallen (not chopped) Minnesota hardwood trees—are probably going to be a greener cutting board choice for you than a bamboo one would be. Prop the board up on your kitchen counter, or even use it as a platter to serve cheese and crackers at a cocktail party; the visible rings and bark left on the outer rim of the circular board make for a rugged, authentic American look.
