Earlier today, I told you about dinner on the farm. These dinners would certainly be considered part of the Slow Food movement. Our own Farmer D recently had the opportunity to speak with Josh Viertel, president of Slow Food USA about the different aspects of Slow Food and why many across the country, including those associated with our schools, are embracing it.
In case you missed it, I thought I'd give show you Farmer D's interview with Viertel where he explains that you need to "find food with a story that doesn't bother you."
