Penn & Teller won't drink 'organic Kool-Aid'

The duo are more than just a bit skeptical of the benefits of organics.

Sun, Aug 09 2009 at 2:27 PM EST

Organics have had it rough for the past month or so. First, Congress moved to have organic labeling investigated. Then, a study comes out that says organic food is no better than conventional food. Now on their Showtime series, Penn & Teller: Bulls*@t (pardon their language), the illusionist duo make fun of those who have "drunk the organic Kool-Aid" and call into question just about every claim organic supporters make.

There is actually some thought-provoking information within the condescension. The bit about a lot of organics coming from China is one of them.

The following three videos show the episode in its entirety. Be warned — Penn Gillette has a habit of using foul language. He uses it often and with gusto. There's also a bit of very blurry nudity and a bit of religious irreverence. If you are easily offended, perhaps you should skip this one.
