The Daily Show uncovers Mrs. Obama's rogue agenda

The Daily Show uncovers the rare public health crisis that will make us obese and starve us all at the same time.

Mon, May 18 2009 at 5:58 AM EST

Jon Stewart and his team took on “big, local garden” in a funny mock investigative news story last week. Their investigation alerts the public to Michelle Obama’s rogue agenda of organic gardening that will make obesity rates go up while causing a lot of starvation.

Be warned – this is from The Daily Show. Some off color language follows. Get ready to laugh. And think.

I saw this when it was on the other night and my husband and I looked at each other like, "is that guy serious???" I can't believe he thinks that organic gardening would increase obesity....I mean, I guess I can sort of see his point about how everyone can't have their own garden, etc. But that just proves the point that local gardening and co-op gardening and "Plant a Row for Me" kind of giving-gardening is even more important than ever.
