All from seed

“Everything we grow here is from seed,” says Herbfarm farmer Bill Vingelen. During propagation, a heated table is filled with plant cuttings that will multiply into new crops. The propagation seed house, which is maintained at 42 degrees, also provides shelter for frost-sensitive plants like micro greens, small onions and fragrant herbs such as scented geranium and lemon verbena.
