Tired of insects devouring the fruits—and vegetables—of your labor? Try planting these natural repellents in your garden.
 

Ant: mint, pennyroyal
 
Aphid: mint, garlic, chives, coriander, anise
 
Colorado Potato Bug: green beans, coriander, nasturtium
 
Japanese Beetle: garlic, larkspur, rue, geranium
 
Tomato Hornworm: marigolds, sage, borage
 
Slug: prostrate rosemary, wormwood
