Good stuff.
Click here for my look at 96 St. Marks Ave. in Prospect Heights, apparently the first multifamily passive house project — four passive condos, to be exact — to hit the open market in the U.S. A few months back I also had the chance to tour nearby 23 Park Pl. in Park Slope (aka "Tighthouse") during Open House New York although I was asked by the architect not to cover the project at the time. Quelle dommage. And for everything and anything Passivhaus in Brooklyn — or any of the boroughs —head on over to the NYPH homepage.
