This is a very interesting, yet unusual video. This guy is certainly ahead of the curve when it comes to green building construction. I do some work for McGraw Hill's Texas Construction site and they have some valuable resources on topics like this one. While I do work for McGraw Hill, they have been a favorite construction resource of mine for quite some time now, and I honestly think they have one of the best construction websites out there. If you aren't familiar with their website, check it out.
