It's the end of an era, folks.

On Oct. 27, Twitter announced that it would be discontinuing its short-form video sharing app, Vine. While not nearly as popular as other social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, the Vine app undeniably shaped the landscape of the Internet during it's three-year tenure. In that short amount of time, it amassed a passionate community, which was always exploring new ways to push the limits of creativity.

Thankfully, Twitter has promised to keep the Vine website up so that we continue to enjoy these classic six-second video clips for years to come. In response, Internet denizens (especially Twitter users) have been flooding their feeds with what they consider to be Vine's greatest hits.
